Lisa Bright – Executive Director
At the tender age of 10, Lisa and her family moved to Mineola when she was in 5th grade. One Sunday morning while attending church with her family, Lisa caught the eye of a young man who would eventually become her husband. Together they raised two children and now have five grandchildren. After working in her husband's family business for 30 years, she became the Assistant Manager at Mineola Civic Center. In October, 2022, Lisa accepted the position as the Executive Director and is looking forward to serving the community on a higher level.
“Satisfaction comes through working with clients to create memorable events. Daily, I see old friends and make new ones.”

Maria Flores – Assistant Manager
Maria Flores is the Assistant Manager at Mineola Civic Center. She grew up and graduated from Quitman, Texas. Before, she worked as a dental assistant for 4 years where she worked alongside the doctor. Her personal and professional goal is to serve and treat everyone with the upmost respect. My biggest accomplishment is my daughter Amelia, who reminds me every day to slow down and enjoy the little things. When I’m not in the office, I like being outside with my fiancé Jacob, Amelia and the dogs, Beau (blue healer mix) and Teddy (chocolate lab).
