Since 1977, the Mineola Civic Center has been a community meeting facility for nonprofit and charitable organizations as well as a community facility for individuals, families and businesses of Mineola, Wood County and the greater East Texas area. Now, more than ever, your gifts help support the ongoing work of the civic center.
The Mineola Civic Center is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and is supported by donations, special events and recreational vehicle space rental income.
Two Funds – Two Avenues of Giving
The Annual Fund of Mineola Civic Center
supports the daily operations of the Civic Center.
This might include splash park maintenance, maintenance of the grounds and facilities, free Wi-Fi for the community or special projects. Donors who make an unrestricted financial gift to this fund become a member of the “Friends of the Mineola Civic Center”.

With either fund, gifts can be made in honor of or in memory of a friend, loved one or business associate.
The Mineola Civic Center Endowment Fund
preserves the civic center’s mission for future generations.
A small portion of the annual investment income may be distributed annually for long range major facility repairs and maintenance, replacement of equipment and building systems and secondarily, to provide monies for operating cash shortfalls on a limited basis.
