Meredith Hall

The Live Oak Room is a 5,000 square foot ballroom which can be divided in numerous ways. This room includes a stage with theater lighting, a professional sound system and a large, motorized screen for quality presentations. Room layout includes banquet, theater, and classroom style seating.

The Dogwood Room has a small stage, creating an intimate setting, that can be setup in banquet, theater, or classroom style seating.

The Magnolia Room, a tastefully decorated living room setting, has traditionally been used for receptions, wedding anniversaries or women’s groups.

The Magnolia Room has a kitchenette with a refrigerator, microwave and sink that could be used for many events such as receptions, showers, wedding anniversaries or birthday parties. There is a sound system as well. The room can be set up in banquet, theater or classroom style seating.

The Pecan Room is currently being renovated and should be completed in September, 2024.

The Pine Room is a small board room which can accommodate 8 to 12 people for business meetings.
